Welcome to titleflow. We provide a platform for real estate transaction processing with document routing and status tracking. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Terms

titleflow offers transaction processing services for property deals. Our process includes digital document submission, routing for review, and progress updates. We do not guarantee the outcome of a property matter; we facilitate administrative workflow.

All service fees are listed on our site. Fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified. titleflow reserves the right to modify fees with notice at least 30 days before changes.

2. Info Product Terms

titleflow may offer digital guides, templates, or instructional materials. Access to info products is granted upon full payment. Users receive a license to view and download for personal or internal use. Sharing or distribution is prohibited.

Due to the nature of digital delivery, info products are non-refundable once access is granted.

3. Goods Terms

titleflow may provide physical items related to transaction kits. All goods are inspected before shipping. Delivery times vary by location. If a shipped item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Damaged or defective items may be exchanged for an equivalent item at no additional fee. Replacement shipments use the same delivery address provided by the user.

4. Refund Policy

Service refunds: Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If services have already commenced substantial work, a prorated refund may apply.

Info product refunds: Not available once access is granted.

Goods refunds: Eligible only for damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery. Replacement items will be shipped. No cash refunds for standard goods.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by titleflow.

5. Service Schedule Changes

Users may request to reschedule a service appointment by contacting titleflow at least 5 days before the scheduled start. Rescheduled appointments must occur within 90 days of original date. No rescheduling is permitted for services that have been completed or fully delivered.
